"I have been meeting with Harry
Yuan for 4 months now on a weekly basis. First off, I am
grateful to have found such a competent and sincerely concerned
coach to support me in improving my general well-being, Mental,
Physical, and Spiritual. Harry has demonstrated a deep

gradual weight gain (20lbs in 18 months), and feeling unfocused

could actually muster the will to change the direction of the
downward spiral. With Harry's enthusiasm, confidence, and
wealth of helpful resources, along with his consistent encouragement, I
can say I am gradually moving "upwards" now. It has been
challenging to begin new behaviors (exercise, nutrition, sleep
patterns, thinking patterns) and sometimes it seems like two steps
forward and 1 back, but that's why I find having a personal coach
like Harry to be important- to provide the support that I need to
keep moving through/around/over any obstacles to my stated goals.
Since I started Working with Harry
I have lost 10 pounds, am stronger and more flexible, feel better
emotionally and mentally. My business has increased, I am
dating more, I have made some home improvements which I have wanted
to do for years, and I have a more positive outlook for my Life and
in general am renewing my sense of purpose.
I can recommend Harry to anyone
that would like an intelligent, knowledgeable, creative, personable,
health coach of the highest quality. He practices what he
teaches and is a great example of what is possible. I know him

I have been working with Harry for
over a year now and it has been a truly rewarding experience. Harry
provides me with fun challenging exercises that keep me motivated

I
have been struggling with losing weight for over 7 years. I'm a
working actress in Hong Kong and for my line of work I have to
maintain a slimmer body than most people. After all, the camera
does make you look 10lbs heavier! In Hong Kong people tend to be
even thinner than in the United States, so getting used to their
definition of "fit" was really hard for me. I started losing weight
by cutting out meat and carbs from my diet. I lost a lot of weight
during the first year but my skin tone was very unhealthy and I
found myself having to put on make up in order to look presentable.
I was also very tired and didn't have a lot of energy to do
exercise. I'd constantly get hungry and I'd have a sudden need for
something sweet. Depriving myself of many foods, also made me
become more and more depressed. I started to add some carbs back
into my diet and immediately I began to gain weight. I've been like
a yo yo for these 7 years going from 115lbs to 142lbs and back down
to 124lbs. Finally, after so many years, I decided to listen to my
younger brother (Harry Yuan) and change my “lifestyle”. I
began by cutting out all gluten from my diet. I started to feel
less bloated and I had less gas than I used to. Then 3 months ago,
I started to eat meat again. Once I added meat to my diet, the lbs
began to drop. I was losing 1 to 2lbs a week and keeping it off.
Eating meat made me full and not crave to snack on unhealthy
things. I am also able to eat a lot and not gain any weight. I
guess it was quite hard for me to cut out most sweets from my diet
since I love muffins and scones and sugar in my coffee. But taking
control of these cravings makes ME in control rather than the food
in control of me. Now, I will treat myself once in a while with
something sweet and I actually enjoy it more than I used to. Eating
in moderation is the key to a successful eating lifestyle and it has
really helped me gain a lot of confidence with my body. I feel
healthy and look healthy....and I know that I look great! It has
definitely made a difference in my career……Thanks Harry!!!

What I
appreciate most about Harry is his immense knowledge of nutrition
and exercise. Through his more holistic approach to fitness he truly
encourages his clients to take responsibility for their personal
health and wellbeing. In doing this, total health and wellness
becomes a way of life for his clients, with solid principles they
will find difficult to let go of throughout their entire lives. I
also truly look up to Harry's ability to make exercise not only
beneficial but also fun for his clients. As a personal trainer
myself, I've trained with him many times and have always found the
hour not only enjoyable but also incredibly physically rewarding. He
